Jr. Systems Analysts
Designation: Jr. Systems Analyst

Job Description: assess business objectives, procedures and inefficiencies in the computer system and evaluate business software capabilities; analyze, design and develop plans for system testing and maintenance; review existing systems and draft goals; develop specifications for tailoring software to determine feasibility, cost and time requirements, compatibility with existing systems and computer capabilities; communicate with staff and management to identify operating procedures and modify program objectives; evaluate user requirements for applications; confer with users eliciting feedback and experience with the software and hardware; oversee the repair of failing systems and software; create training regimes, plans and outlines for users and modify as necessary; coordinate technical support, resolve issues, answer questions and record outcomes; ensure the system and software are properly upgraded and performing optimally and make recommendations regarding allocation of resources and system modifications; and keep abreast of current developments in the industry and methodologies. A bachelor's degree in information technology management, computer science engineering, electrical and computer engineering, or computer science is required.
